Return Policy

At Effyismart, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If your bag is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Please do not use the bag, as we will not consider returns once it has been used.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will respond within 1-3 business days and provide the return address along with further instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. 

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for changes in preference regarding color or style.
  • Returned items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
